                                Dirt Cake

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

  8               inch  flower pot
     1/2           cup  butter
  8             ounces  cream cheese
  1                cup  confectioner's sugar -- Beat all together
  2             ounces  instant vanilla pudding -- 3 1/2 ounce
  3            1/4 cup  milk
  1           12 ounce  Cool Whip
  1       1 1/2 pound package  Oreo cookies -- crushed in food processor

Part 1: butter, cream cheese, and confectioner's sugar - Beat together

Part 2: pudding, milk coolwhip - Make pudding using milk and fold into
Cool Whip.  Fold Part 1 and Part 2 together.

Part 3: crushed Oreo cookies

Place top of Cool Whip container in bottom of pot.

Alternate Part 1 and 2 mixture with Part 3, starting with Part 1 and 2
mixutre and ending with Part 3 on top.

Chill overnight.

Decorate with flowers of choice.
