* Exported from MasterCook * Chili Recipe By :Debby Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:30 Categories : Beef Casseroles Dean Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 pound ground beef 1 cup onion -- chop in large piece 1 cup green pepper -- chop in large piece 28 ounces tomatoes 8 ounces tomato sauce 2 teaspoons chili powder 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoon paprika 15 1/2 ounces red kidney beans In large skillet, cook and stir meat, onion and green pepper until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Stir in tomatoes (with liquid) and remaining ingredients except kidney beans. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
